How would I format it though?
Note to self, figure out how to turn off nested quotes. Anyway, just use the BBCode. It's fairly straight forward (uses []) and the reply editor lets you do all sorts of fun things. I have character sheet formats for boards already.

I added this to the registration agreement. Shouldn't be a problem, but be aware. The rest of this is the default registration agreement, and I agree with most of it. But, basically, don't be stupid, and help make this place fun, and I'm pretty tolerant. So, for the moment, we're basically unmoderated and trusting that you can be an adult.
I reserve the right to restrict specific member names, for any reason. Beyond that, have fun.

My point exactly. You and Jason...though he's worse and I'm dating him....*facepalms*
Well, feel free to start a "Jenni's question of the week" thread in the general section. If it ends up needing it's own forum, I can do that pretty easily.

General Category / The Commune / Court says $32,000 is too much to fondle bosom
|
on: September 25, 2006, 10:09:45 AM
|
LinkageHELSINKI (Reuters) - A fee of 25,500 euros ($32,000) is way too much for a woman to charge a man for fondling her bosom, a Finnish district court ruled.
The court jailed a couple in their twenties for more than a year for charging a 74-year-old who suffers from dementia a total of 25,500 euros to enjoy the woman's breasts on 10 occasions.
"Based on general life experience alone, it is indisputably clear that a 25,500 euro charge is disproportionate to the compensation in question," Judge Hasse Hakki, who heard the case, told Reuters Friday.
But he said the court in Kokkola, about 300 miles north of Helsinki, would not decide "the proper financial value of the compensation."
The retiree filed charges against the couple, who were convicted of extortionate overcharging, even though he told the court he paid the price willingly at the time. So, when are they going to standardize the price?

You volunteering? Well, I think I could handle one Question a week. I figured it could be it's own forum so that each week would be a new thread and they could all be kept togeather. Just an organizational thing...I know how you are with that sort of thing.... :P *crawls out from under his mound of paperwork* What was that?

You need a Question of the Week Forum where you elect someone to post a question every week and we reply with answers and stuff. You volunteering? And I think you could do that in the General forum, though I put in an awards mod that lets you award things to people, so that could be fun for trival.

I uploaded a bunch of new avatars (and got rid of the default ones). I'm sure most people would rather use custom ones anyway, but I figured a few cool ones wouldn't hurt.

Storage wise, you're talking 30-50 GB of data on one disk compaired to 4.3GB (on one side). Quality wise, you're talking about them being run at 1080 P compaired to 480 I (I think), though, as mentioned, I realy can't see much of a difference.
So, at this point, it's mostly a purely technical achivement, the only big benifit is extra features, or perhaps more stuff on a single disk.
Of course, it will cost more. And "security" will be higher on both. Blu-Ray looks to be fairly obtrusive though (Like most Sony stuff)

It was running version 1.08. 1.1 RC3 is the final(?) 1.1 beta, but it has most of the extra things available to it. For example, the Quick Reply, up and down arrows by Karma, the ignore button, those are some of the extras I've installed. I also installed the spoiler tags, which are usefull for PbP. Welcome btw

I posted my old paintball page on http://paintball.bront.org. It has a few product reviews, and some fairly useful guides for newbies still. It's just a bit outdated in the news department. This was from back when I was an admin at Paintball.com, Agent on PBReview.com, and an admin of another, now defunct forum.

First Gamer Research Study ReportSeptember 22, 2006
The first report from a grad school research project published by Ohio State University and GAMA has been posted on the Wargamer Website, and it provides interesting analysis of what motivates hobby gamers. Online surveys were collected from roughly 3500 gamers, who were grouped according their favorite game into fantasy RPG, war miniature game, board wargame, and Euro board game groups. They didn't get enough of a sample for CCG or CMG players, probably because of the ways the survey was distributed. It's pretty interesting reading, if short. I was suprised where the Competition factor of playing came in in the study.

I'm looking to change the layout a bit. Maybe use a different color scheme or something like that.
All ideas will be considered. And if you can provide it to me in an uploadable SMF format, that's even better.
I'll find some way to thank anyone who gives me a big hand with this.

Welcome to my forums. I hope you enjoy them and find some use for them. I'm simply looking for a place to sit back, relax, and have fun. This board is unmoderated, and will likely remain so untill it becomes a problem. I expect you to act like reasonable people. If you have any comments or concerns, please post them in the Peanut Gallery.
