Matchup seems a little off. The projections have me ahead 116-104, but my opponent is listed with the Advantage.

Also of note: Both Cincinnati RBs (Perry and Watson) were undrafted. They are the two highest %owned players who weren't taken in our league.
Makes me want to ride out Waivers and see who falls off the trees, though I'd still like to deal for bottom-of-the-roster help.

The advantage adds up advantages by position, not overall numbers, so your opponent may have more advantages, but you may have bigger advantages.
I'm surprised that it's calling 1 point difference an advantage. It used to be a draw.

Well, it's Wednesday afternoon, and I'm projected the top scorer this week. I didn't live anywhere close to those projections last week.

There wasn't a league I wasn't in the top 5 in scoring in despite going 4-3 over last weekend, including being the #2 scorer in one league where I lost.

I will never be able to predict waiver claims. I never thought I'd actually get a 99% owned wideout at #7 waiver position.

RED ALERT:
Baltimore and Houston are
on bye this week
.
I've e-mailed all the owners who have Ravens or Texans starting who were anticipating the game being played Monday night as originally rescheduled. I hope everyone can get them scratched in time.

That would require me to be in big need of a WR.
Instead, I got the 2 RBs I targeted, and ended up starting both of them.

Thanks for the heads up. I change WR just in the nick of time.

I got hit by that on several times, but I did make the changes in time.
Good news for McGahee owners, who instead of getting a slightly gimpy time share, may get a full regular week out of him since he got the extra week of rest early.

Man I'm getting lucky. 2-0, doesn't look promising in week 3 for me.

How in the blue hell did I manage to claim Cassel with Waiver Position 5?
(I had first crack at the four guys I was interested in. This should not happen at #5, especially as the other three were also claimed.)

Good job on being 2-0. Give me a call. We need to discuss details on going to the Bears vs Eagles game. I would like to leave at 4. Since my place is on the way can you swing by and pick me up?

Sorry, I've had to close the last 2 nights, which is why you haven't been able to get a hold of me. I was going to try to call you back today, but with my cousin getting married, my day was kinda full. I, however, am off the next two days, and should be available to talk at pretty much any time.

4:00 to go in the third of NYJ-SDG, and my bench is leading my starters 84-81.

Who knew Cobras-Lords would be the Game Of The Week?
Had I started Cotchery, I'd likely have it. Had I made the waiver claim I really wanted (but got beat on), it would be over now, and I'd have a five-point win. Instead, my hopes ride on the Baltimore defense; I need 15 to come back and beat Tony. 2:00 to go in the first half, I've got 14.

8 points for Pittsburgh's defense should not have to mean -3 for Baltimore's defense. The
offense
gave up those six points.
I had the lead ... I could see it ... and now I'm 4½ down again.

Tony, what a time to have a season high score. Congrats. Now that you got that high score out of your system, how about a low score this week? I would a appreciate that. I also like that the Jets have a Bye this week, perfect timing.

Is there any benefit at all for my opponent to NOT bench her Saints receiver for tomorrow night? She's got the win sewn up (84½-84½, and it could have been much worse), unless something really odd happens (receiver catches a pass, fumbles, and is out for the game with a concussion).
If I were in her position, I'd bench the receiver and take the sure W rather than try to pile on. But I'm wondering if there's a game-play reason to pile on.

Playoff tiebreakers are points for, so there's that.
I have 2 leagues where I could pull a monday night player and win, but I'm ahead by 9+ in both of them, so I doubt an RB and WR could lose me that many points.

Tim, how does the Bye work, is it the two teams leading their divisions or the two teams with the best records in the league?

I think it's the top 2 divisional teams. You can see the preview.
At the moment, it's one and the same (top 2, and division leaders)
