swim some laps and sit in a sauna, or spend time with family/friends.  Occasionally I combine the two and get some family/friends to come with me to the "Y".

I listen to music, it allows me to focus on the rhythm without thinking about anything.

exercise for me. Painting used to, but I dont do that much anymore. Probably for the same reason that mowing the lawn relaxes me. If you allow yourself, it can be very zen.

I often plot the take over and domination of often (but not always) fictional medieval or third world countries... either that or game.        Cool

It is known that there are an infinite number of worlds, simply because there is an infinite amount of space for them. However, not every one of them is inhabited. Therefore, there must be a finite number of inhabited worlds. Any finite number divided by infinity is as near to nothing as makes no odds, so the average population of all the planets in the Universe can be said to be zero. From this it follows that the population of the whole Universe is also zero, and that any people you may meet from time to time are merely the products of a deranged imagination.
