Well, I'm not at Gen Con this year, but I was at Cod Con.

Local Cons would be Concentric on Saturday May 12th, here is the Concentric Site link.

Concentric, and yes there will be Vendors. Check out the link to the Concentric home page Concentric VI scroll down and click on Dealers Area link for the list of Vendors.
