Attached is a documnet containing info about The Danai neede at Character Gen and at Ranking up. there are some elements that are a little confusing, some that may be obsolete or not developed and a typo or two. The first page contains my questions. In some cases, I have the starting wealth multplier for the Danai, in most I do not.

1.   I have two different spellings for Heerad/Heerod. What should it be?  Heerad
2.   I changed one of the Hurai benefits (iii.) to incorporate the corresponding drawback and then eliminated the separate drawback entry. This keeps the relevant info together to prevent any errors and to aid in the decision making.  makes sense
3.   For Huraians, the 10% discount on weapons only occurs at Character creation. Does the 5% discount on rare or high quality weapons occur any time? Do these discounts apply to armor and shields as well?   yes and I think yes, but let me confirm that and get back to you
4.   While there is a reference to Lopath in the Player’s Reference, there is no equivalent write-up. Since the Player’s Guide references both Lopa and Lopath, I am assuming that these are two separate Danai. Is there a write-up for Lopath?   yes there is a write-up, but it is badly formatted <I thought I had fixed that> and it needs some major edits. I hope to have that corrected by Origins.
5.   I believe that I read somewhere that there are 12 Danai. 7 are in the Player’s Guide. Have the other 5 been named and placed on a map?   the 7 in the players guide are the Major Danai of the kingdom, the other 5 minor danai have not been named but I believe that they are on the map
6.   I’ve seen reference to Courtesan anf to Courtier. The DQ 3rd ed. Talks about Courtier. Should the references to Courtesan be changed or is Courtesan a separate and new skill?  Courtesan is the opposite gender term for Courtier, so both are correct and they use the same skill
7.   From Heerod or Kordath “Cannot be ‘Barbarian’ or ‘Poor’”. Does this mean that a Character from these Danai MUST spend the necessary character points to be at least a commoner of average wealth?  Yes
8.   How is social Acceptance/Prejudice handled in the game?   we are working on that as we speak
9.   Lopans “Cannot purchase ‘Noble’ social status or wealth multiplier due to the fact that Danai Ben Lopa has no nobility”. The Nobility part I understand, the Wealth part I don’t. Does this mean that I cannot choose to be a “Rich” “Gentry”?  No, you can still be rich and be from Lopa, you just cannot be Noble and be from Lopa

Thanks for all the questions Will, we all really enjoy your enthusiasm and interest, I will get more info when I have the time...

I do hope that I am not being a gadfly to you about this. As a programmer, I am used to collecting and collating information. eventually, (Ihope) all this information will result in a comprehensive Character generation and tracking system that all the GMs will be able to use on their laptops. When I gen my second character (not for a while, I want the develope Alaric first), I'll know a lot more about the system and it'll be smoother for me. Additionally, I'll be able to assist others in the generation of theirs. Thanks for the clarifications.
