These hands are articulate and well skilled in the art of massage and relaxation. 1 hand + 1 additional hand at every even level, max 6, can be summoned and controlled at the same time. They can be used to stroke and massage, which could cause a creature to be Dazzled if the hands choose to stroke in the right places if the target fail a Will save.
