What does each section mean?
The first part is the introduction and simply a setup for the game.

Immersion (Story/Environment) - This section is about the story and draw in of the game.  It's about how well it draws a player in, how the story tends to flow, and a general overview of the game.

Gameplay - How the game plays.  The controller setup, responsiveness of the controls, ease of learning, and feel for how the game plays in general.

Graphics and Sound - The graphics and sound of the game.  Are they well done?  Are they appropriate?  Are they enjoyable?

Above and Beyond - Anything not covered previously.  Perhaps extra add-ons or features, comments about replayability.

Overall - How it all comes together.

What do the scores mean?
0.0-3.9 - Probably not worth your time.  Maybe a rental.
4.0-6.9 - Might hold interest for lovers of a particular genre.  Worth a rental to others.
7.0-8.5 - A good game.  Definitely worth a look. Recommended.
8.6-9.9 - A great game.  Worth it for most people.  Highly Recommended.
10 - The Perfect Game.  Belongs in every one's library.
