ENnies TrophyThe 2007 ENnies judge voting will begin February 12th and end February 18th.  This is your opportunity to voice your opinion in the fan awarded ENnies, and award that has become one of the strongest in the gaming industry.  Judges help categorize product submissions and organize things for the fans, who then get to place their votes in any or all categories they wish.

The ENnies are annual fan awards given away at GenCon.  Originally part of ENworld, they have separated themselves from the site the past two years to maintain a more objective view.  This will be the 7th annual ENnies awards, with awards given out to RPGs of all kinds (not just D20, in fact Shadowrun 4th Ed won best rules last year).  The Judges are there to nominate products that are offered for nomination by their publishers to the Ennies, put them in categories for the awards, and then let them be voted on by the fans.

Each year, 5 judges are selected, and I'm running for one of them.  While I hope to get support from all you here at www.bront.org, I'll encourage you to vote even if you don't support me, as voicing your opinion about a judge will help make sure the best games get nominated for fan voting, and in turn, the best games and products winning.  The more fan support the ENnies get, the better they will be.  This is your opportunity to voice your opinion in the gaming industry, and reward game makers for their hard work.

Information on the Ennies can be found at the ENnies website.  You can find the judge nominations here.
